COMMENTARY
The two songs being sung here are "Rock N Roll" by the Velvet Underground and "Adelaide's Lament" from Guys and Dolls. You can listen to them while reading if you want...I was listening while drawing, so it's only fair.
Also, I made the background texture! It's a mashup of several images, and I painted on top of it using a realistic paint splatter digital brush. The image includes Fallout 76 intestines, a gutted pig, a paper texture, and an image of human intestine silicone replicas made for medical training.
